Ariel is a skilled Dynamic Consultant and Project Manager with a wealth of experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and customizing Certinia orgs. With a strong background in customer service, Salesforce, and Certinia, as well as certification as an administrator, Ariel is well-equipped to proactively tackle the challenges her clients face. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ariel is also a proud veteran wife who generously volunteers her time to assist non-profit organizations. She works with Allied Airlift 21 to help with Salesforce needs and serves as a mentor for Merivis. Brandon is an experienced and certified agile Scrum Master and Project Manager with a knack for delivering successful projects. He has been leading Salesforce and Certinia ERP implementations for over 4 years at Ladd Partners and is equipped with a Master’s degree in policy management. His expertise, coupled with his natural inclination for innovation and collaboration, has resulted in successful implementations and executive satisfaction. When he’s not busy working, Brandon loves making memories with his family/friends. He’s an avid traveler and concert-goer, always up for an adventure and ready to take on new experiences.

With a background in Public Health and Outdoor Recreation, Brittany brings over six years of experience in Program Management and Operations, supporting both the public and private sectors. Christina has over 25 years of experience in Program and Project Management, Implementation, Change Management, Leadership, and Operations with a focus on the Salesforce platform and Certinia applications for over 10 years. Christina is a skilled people and program manager with experience leading teams of 30+ on 100+ projects, including strategy consultation, change management, program development and implementation. Christina has a constant focus on customer success. Christina holds a BA in Political Science and Business from Providence College and a MBA with a speciality in Information Technology and Electronic Commerce from University of Denver. Outside of work, Christina spends time with her kids playing various sports and cooking, playing soccer, hiking with her dog, and watching college hoops.

With over 25 years of Project Management, Implementation, Operations and Management experience, Connie has expertise in leading teams and projects in domestic and international environments. She has the ability to synthesize facts, events and concepts to develop plans and processes to meet business goals with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Connie is a Project Management Professional, holds a diploma in Computer Programming with a minor in Business Administration and Associate of Applied Science Degree in Civil Drafting. When not working, Connie enjoys cooking for and spending time with her family.

Dan is a software developer with experience in creating custom applications that provide end users with tailored experiences to assist them in accelerating their business and achieving their goals. As a certified Salesforce Administrator he also understands the capabilities and limitations of the standard Salesforce platform which helps to efficiently create and implement unique solutions to solve supply chain, billing, and other complex ERP challenges. When not writing code or learning about the latest technology advancements to leverage he enjoys rebuilding classic cars, trying out local restaurants and watering holes, and taking his dog on outdoor adventures.

Jai-Lee came to Ladd Partners from FinancialForce where he worked hands on with FinancialForce’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, supporting organizations with training, configuration issues, and improving system processes. Jai-Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Joanna is a highly experienced Certinia Accounting and Professional Services Automation Consultant that has been with Ladd Partners for over 5 years. She brings more than twenty years of experience in business process improvement and technology including serving as the CEO of an accounting software startup. Before that, she spent the majority of her career as the National Audit Technology Director for a top-ten public accounting firm, where she managed the selection, implementation, and management of software applications across 30 offices. She holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional, Project Management Professional, Certified Certinia Accounting Implementation Consultant and a certified Salesforce Administrator. Her exceptional skill set allows her to excel in various capacities and deliver outstanding results for her clients. Joanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from Santa Clara University, graduating magna cum laude. She is a dedicated professional who has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the industry. When she is not busy helping clients streamline their processes, she enjoys spending time in her personal petting zoo at her home in Kansas.

Kathlyn brings 35+ years of finance and business experience to her role at Ladd Partners, having started her career as a Certified Public Accountant shortly after graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She comes from a background of auditing (PwC), consulting (BaaN-CODA), program management (Microsoft) and solution engineering (Certinia, Workday) working across a wide variety of industries including professional & business services, financial services, technology & media and public sector. In her current role as a Sales Solutions Architect, she enjoys engaging with strategic thinkers and operates from a place of genuine curiosity and a real desire to help prospects and customers succeed in their business transformation initiatives. Outside of work Kathlyn enjoys time spent with family and friends, cooking (eating), house cleaning (daily therapy) and leisurely walks around the NH seacoast with her husband, 2 kids and white golden retriever, Romeo.

Keli is an implementation consultant with over 25 years of accounting experience. The last five years she has worked specifically with Certinia SCM and FFA as a System Administrator. She has her Salesforce Certified Administrator credential and has achieved Ranger Status on the Salesforce Trailhead. Keli loves learning new programs and then training others to utilize systems to gain efficiency. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves a football-filled Sunday.

Kristin is an Implementation Consultant with multiple years of experience implementing small, mid-market and enterprise FinancialForce ERP implementations. Kristin’s previous experience includes working as a Controller for almost 30 years and using FinancialForce Accounting (FFA) and Supply Chain (SCM) as a customer. She is an Accounting professional with strong analytical and system technology expertise. Highly skilled in designing workflows and processes and creating customized solutions for Companies within the parameters of the software. Kristin enjoys learning new programs, thinking outside the box and training others to utilize systems efficiently. With 6 years of experience in operational roles, Marielee brings a detailed and analytical approach to her role at Ladd Partners. Her experience with Salesforce both as an end user and as a certified administrator has developed her understanding of our client’s needs. Through her previous roles in IT, support, and operational management Marielee demonstrates the ability to address challenges with efficient solutions. Mark is a Solution Architect with over 25 years of experience in supply chain system implementation and support consulting. As a trusted expert in supply chain systems, his career has been marked by a commitment to helping organizations optimize their operations and achieve their business goals. Mark implemented systems such as Oracle, Ariba, Expandable, and PLEX. His background in these platforms laid a strong foundation for his later transition to the Salesforce ecosystem. In recent years, Mark has focused on the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) SCM/OPI application, where he has leveraged his understanding of supply chain processes to deliver tailored solutions for clients. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Michigan. His professional qualifications include certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified CPQ Consultant, and Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional. Technical architect and software developer. I have extensive experience designing, developing and delivering complex software solutions. Extensive Salesforce platform development experience delivering managed package code, and building off platform integrations. Nothing makes a day go faster than working with good people, tackling challenging problems and delivering a quality, well tested solution.

Maurice is a project manager who brings a technical proficiency to his work via past experience as a QA engineer, data operations engineer, IT systems administrator, and digital project / product manager for a full-stack custom software development agency, where he led the PM and QA teams. With a Cognitive Science degree from UC Berkeley, he enjoys keeping up with interesting developments in the field of human psychology, especially where it intersects with business and personal growth (Kahneman’s “Thinking, Fast and Slow” and Thaler/Sunstein’s “Nudge” are some of his favorite recent reads!). Maurice’s most cherished “wins” are when project teams can collaborate meaningfully through ups and downs, complementing one another in delivering value to clients with integrity and expertise. At home in Northern California, he and his wife enjoy taking care of their three dogs, cooking Korean food, and playing Mario Kart with their nephews and niece, and on the occasional weekend Maurice tries to brush up on his love of magic tricks and target sports.

Michael is set apart from the rest with his UX expertise. He is able see the bigger picture and streamline the processes.
