Senior Consulting Project Manager

Ladd Partners is a full service Certinia (Formerly FinancialForce) and Salesforce consultancy. We are looking for a smart, energetic Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time employment position working as a billable consultant at Ladd Partners.

The Senior Project Manager fills a critical, “hands on role” leading cross functional teams, and will be directly involved in all facets of project delivery, including: requirements gathering process documentation, user acceptance testing, training, data migration, system configuration and post go-live support.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of the project delivery leading a cross functional team of Business Analysts and Developers
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders to influence decision making and ensure successful project delivery
• Manage and report on project resource utilization and progress
• Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget
• Adopt and improve Ladd Partners’ standard delivery methodology

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation project management. Salesforce platform and direct FinancialForce experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of core business processes including: CRM, supply chain, accounting, marketing, services and sales operations
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Agile development methodology a strong plus
• Ability to multitask, balancing responsibilities and resources across competing projects
• Strong focus on process improvement and business transformation
• Ability to provide specific recommendations with justification, aggressively identify and address risks, set expectations and follow through
• Have a strong passion for achieving customer success
